Postcard Distribution Network

Theatre Bay Area offers three monthly postcard distribution networks - one in San Francisco, one in the East Bay, and one in the South Bay. These networks are a great and cheap way to get your postcards out to over 50 established central kiosks throughout the Bay Area, and from there into the hands of eager theatregoers all over. For more information about the postcard distribution, contact Kendra Oberhauser at (415) 430-1140 x18 or kendra@theatrebayarea.org. Discounted custom multi-platform packages are available! If you are interested in creating a campaign using two or more of our marketing opportunities, please call or email Brandon Waloff at (415) 430-1140 x15 or brandon@theatrebayarea.org.

Each network has a monthly distribution fee of $35 for members, $55 for non-members, which must be paid in advance. NOTE: These rates are for company/organizational members only. Individual members may either upgrade to an organizational membership or may pay the non-member rate.

The 2-region and 3-region offers!
Companies can choose to distribute to San Francisco for $35 and add on second and third region for $25 each. That means that doing two regions would be a combined cost of $60, a savings of $10 for the combo, or a $50 savings compared to non-members, and doing three regions would be a combined cost of $85, a $20 savings on the combo and an $80 savings compared to non-members. To take part, companies must provide postcard batches for all routes at the Theatre Bay Area office in San Francisco on the first Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of the month. At this time, only companies taking part in two or three routes may drop off postcards for areas other than San Francisco at the Theatre Bay Area offices. This offer is only available to company and organizational members; it is not available for individual members.

Pre-order rewards!
Do you know you're going to take advantage of the distribution network four or more times this year? Then why not pre-order and save 10%? Simply email Kendra Oberhauser at kendra@theatrebayarea.org with the months you'd like to participate in the current fiscal year, and we'll sign you up now and invoice you the full amount less ten percent! Note: pre-ordered months are non-refundable, but can be exchanged between months in the same fiscal year.
